WE CAN ACCEPT RETURNS IN EXCHANGE FOR A STORE CREDIT, EXCLUDING ANY SHIPPING COSTS. IF YOU WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM THAT CAME UNDER FREE SHIPPING, WE ALSO HAVE THE RIGHT TO DEDUCT THE SHIPPING COSTS ($12 AUS, $15 NZ OR $20 WORLDWIDE) FROM THE GIFT CARD.
